We are fast approaching the 10-year anniversary of returning home from our big adventure. When we are together our travels almost always come up in some form or another.

Personals (youngest to oldest):
Stacy- graduates from Harvard this June! She has excelled academically and had a stellar varsity swimming career. This woman can do it all.
Kelly- just try and stay up with her. She easily balances Harvard's rigorous academic regime with the demands of a nationally ranked college swim program and always with a smile. I expect big things from her. Aside from the pool, her interests include yoga, the beach, healthy food, laughing and good conversation
Donald- started a publishing company, www.ipanemalit.com . The first project is tentatively named: Sovereign: A History of Indian Gaming. Look for it early next year. He has continued to travel, mostly in Europe.
Betsy- is in the process of making career changes. Legal assistant, newspaper reporter, managing editor, she is planning the next step. This one could be interesting. Here is a peek: www.wordmetro.com

In the past ten years we went from being dead broke/in debt after our trip, moving to California , starting new careers, and somehow cycling 12 years of undergraduate payments to a sort of crossroads.

At 53, Betsy and I think about retirement and the future. A nice place somewhere on the beach is the plan.
